Delete your Qwin AI account and data
These instructions apply to Qwin AI by CyberFlex. You can request deletion without reinstalling the App, signing in to this website, or knowing a Device ID.
A subscription must be canceled separately. Deleting an App account, signing out of Google, or uninstalling the App does not itself stop store subscription charges. You can request deletion whether or not you have canceled renewal.
1. Delete from the App
- Open Qwin AI and go to Settings > Delete Account.
- Read the explanation and, if needed, use the subscription-management link.
- Enter DELETE and confirm. Keep an internet connection while the server request completes.
- The App clears its private local data after successful server deletion. If Android cannot finish the local clearing step, follow the retry instruction or clear the App's storage in Android settings.
2. Request deletion without access to the App
Email [email protected] with the subject Qwin AI account deletion request. State that you want your Qwin AI account and associated personal data deleted.
If known, provide information that helps identify the account, such as the Google email used for sign-in, an App account identifier, or a store order reference. None of these is required to start a request. Because an email alone may not identify a device-linked account, we may ask for additional, proportionate ownership verification. Do not send your Google password, full payment-card number, identity/session tokens, or unrelated sensitive information.
For GDPR requests we respond without undue delay and normally within one month of receipt. If a permitted extension of up to two further months is necessary, we explain why within the first month. We confirm the outcome or explain any lawful reason that prevents or limits deletion. Remote support cannot itself clear files on a phone you no longer access; clear the App's storage or uninstall it where possible.
3. What is deleted and what may remain
- Associated active server account records, sign-in sessions and account-linked Google purchase authorizations, personalization, recoverable generation records, reports, and other associated data are included in the account-deletion process.
- In-app deletion also clears private local App data. Files you exported to shared storage, another app, or another device remain under your control.
- To prevent deletion from resetting usage allowances, limited keyed device hashes and numeric daily/weekly usage counters can remain until the corresponding UTC reset, at most seven days later. They contain no App account ID, Google identity, email or conversation content. Expired records are normally cleaned hourly; an outage can delay physical removal.
- Specific records may be retained only where necessary and lawful for an obligation, security investigation or legal claim. Relevant processors and backups follow the deletion procedures and lifecycle described in the Privacy Policy. App-store records and your Google account are separate.
You can create a new App account after deletion. Restoring an eligible store-verified subscription does not recover deleted content.
4. Manage subscriptions or request other data rights
Use Google Play subscriptions with the purchasing Google account. Follow the date and instructions shown by Google Play.
