3. Service description

The App provides AI chat, image, audio, OCR, video, and related tools. Features may change over time.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

5. Accounts and device identification

We use device-based identifiers to provide the service, enforce limits, and prevent fraud. Optional platform linking may be used to restore access after reinstall.

6. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not use the App for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.
• Do not attempt to bypass usage limits or security controls.
• Do not interfere with the service or other users.

8. AI output disclaimer

AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on outputs for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

9. Subscriptions and billing

• Subscriptions are auto-renewing unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
• Payment is charged to your app store account at confirmation.
• Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your app store account settings.
• Refunds are subject to the app store's refund policy.

10. Third-party services

The App integrates third-party services (for example: AI processing, ads, analytics, push, search, and weather). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for security reasons.

12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
